Platform response
Each request will be examined by the platform and its Steering Committee to ensure that your needs match our offer, and to provide you with the best possible support for your project. Based on your requirements, we will provide you with an initial quotation.
In the event of a mismatch, we’ll suggest corrections or refer you to another medium.

Kick-off meeting and refined quotation
Once the platform has given its agreement in principle to support you according to your needs, a kick-off meeting will be organized to better understand your expectations and present our services to you. This meeting will also enable us to fine-tune our proposed activities and revise the estimate we have drawn up, so that we can offer you a proposal that is as close as possible to your needs.

Contractualization
If you accept the offer of support proposed by the platform, a service contract will be drawn up.

Support from the platform
Throughout the preparatory stages of setting up your clinical study, you will interact with our team and our experts. The platform will closely monitor your needs and expectations.

Implementing the clinical project
The InnPROGRESS platform supports you in all the preparatory stages of your clinical trial project. If you are interested in entrusting the management of your study to Gustave Roussy, and your project allows it, we will put you in touch with the Promotion Unit of the Clinical Research Department.
If your project requires another solution for the promotion of your clinical study, our platform will have enabled you to obtain elements ready to be finalized by the requested sponsor (protocol, synopsis, technical document, budget, list of pre-identified investigator centers, list of research platforms, etc.) according to the services you have chosen.
